Have to wait 20 min to talk to a “tech” who could not answer a simple question, then passed on to 2 more “techs” who finally said they would pass me on to tech support who would tell me if I could get concentric vent extensions, they promised to get back if I gave contact info, just wasted 1hr of my life.
