I had a disappointing experience at Rio beauty in Napier. Despite having an appointment, I have to wait for long time. she cancelled my appointment few times and didn't bother to give me call when I reached the store she Just told me to come after 1 hr. the quality for nails was subpar such quality of nails was very disappointing . The nail technician seemed rushed and didn't pay attention to detail. I expected a professional finish but ended up with nails that looked Sloopy and were far from what I had hoped for. the staffed seemed disorganized and unfriendly. The staff was busy in chatting to each other and ignoring me when I went to fix my nails and also tried to cancel my appointment again without informing me in advance. I expected better service second time when I went to fix my nails. unfortunately, I will not be returning.
