I’m very disappointed with how this situation was managed. I requested the cost upfront multiple times and was told someone would come to explain the hourly rate. Instead, the technician arrived and, without even assessing the issue, quoted a minimum charge of €235, saying additional material costs would be discussed later. This feels very unclear and lacks transparency.
