I was charged €2,693 for a problem that was never resolved. They had me sign a contract before any work began and did not clarify that they would charge 65 euros per 10 minutes. In the end, I received an inflated bill for very simple tasks. The worker they sent was unprofessional, and I seriously doubt he was a qualified plumber. To make matters worse, they operate under various names. This is a highly fraudulent service — stay away. I regret getting scammed.
