The clothes are beautiful but unfortunately the ones I bought did not fit me so I had to return them. The return was easy and I thought everything was fine. I then got an email telling me that they had refunded part of the order but the second part was flagged by the warehouse team that it did not meet the returns policy and there would be no refund. I was appalled and very worried. It was very expensive! I immediately emailed back and I am delighted to say that from that point on I got a speedy, apologetic and satisfactory response-and the item was refunded! I would highly recommend R&F in spite of the glitch. Their clothes are just beautiful!
