Refund withheld + misrepresented ‘luxury’ cashmere.Returned order in its entirety 1 December (proof provided). Over two weeks later there is still no refund, no acknowledgement, and no notification only automated replies to my now formal complaint.The product itself was equally disappointing. Rise & Fall position themselves alongside fine cashmere brands, but the cashmere/wool blend is not representative of cashmere - it is rough, scratchy, badly shaped and nowhere near luxurious.Poor product, worse customer service. Avoid.
