We ordered two cashmere wraps which arrived promptly and well packaged and were very good quality. Unfortunately they weren't quite what my wife wanted so the day after delivery we decided to return them using the original packaging and returns label. Over a week later we had not received any confirmation of the return and contacted Rise and Fall direct so see what the situation was regarding the refund. We were contacted by Marjorie who explained that they were very busy and there was a backlog on returns, and also advised that Royal Mail were experiencing problems due to the Christmas period. After a few days we had still not heard anything and after contacting Marjorie again she took it on herself to chase up the returns department to find our order and the day after she let us know that it had been found and that a refund had been organised which we received the same day. It was great to deal with a company that has real people at the end of a phone / e-mail and who obviously care about their company's reputation to go that extra mile for customer satisfaction. It was a shame that the product wasn't quite what my wife wanted but it was excellent quality and we would have no hesitation in purchasing from Rise and Fall again.
