I returned my order within the allocated 30 day period, using the Royal Mail label provided by Rise and Fall. I received my order on 5th November, returned it on 25th and it was delivered to the Rise and Fall warehouse on 28th. I received an email from the company yesterday to say that the order had been returned outside of the return period and that a refund could not be made. I have provided proof of drop off at Royal Mail and proof of delivery, but no response. Clearly a terrible backlog in their warehouse and no organised method of managing returns. Or simply a way to avoid having to refund clients!
