They offer access to sessions with knowledgeable sleep experts and valuable resources within the app. Interestingly, I found the AI coaching to be quite beneficial. I also noticed that many one-star reviews focus on refund issues rather than the program itself, often due to the various sign-up methods (like Apple, Facebook, etc.). This is a common issue with numerous apps, and I've learned to keep notes on my phone when I subscribe or make purchases.
