While it suggests a midnight to 8:30 am schedule, my life demands I wake up by 7 and be at work by 8:30. Additionally, my energy levels often contradict the app’s predictions—high when it suggests low and low when it predicts high. It might work for those without a fixed schedule, but I regret paying for advice that simply reiterates my existing routine.
