Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Risper StylingI bought a front splitter from Risper Styling for £90. When I decided to return it, I discovered the return postage would cost £74 – almost the full value of the product. I contacted customer service expecting some kind of support, but was told they don’t cover return costs and that I should just “sell it on eBay” if I can’t afford the return.This is not acceptable customer service and shows complete disregard for customers. A company selling online should have a fair and reasonable returns process, not one that makes returning an item practically impossible.I regret buying from Risper Styling and will not be ordering again. Strongly recommend avoiding them if you value customer service or fair return policies.
