I'll be as honest as possible: great service, but they really need better IT tech. After paying someone $150 on Fiverr, I came to Risxn for better help. It was better than the last guy who did it, but I told him about a Cinebench score that I wanted, and he said something about Cinebench not being right. So I did it myself. I googled everything and got the right information. When Rixn overclocked my PC, they left me with an aggressively overclocked GPU. Said it was perfect because it worked. I googled it like two weeks later, and it said it would work, but it's unstable and too aggressive for my PC build. I have a Ryzen 9950x3d DDR5 Vengeance 32GB 6000ms Asus Pro Art x870e Creator WIF MB with a 1200w PSU, a 2TB ultra-fast SSD, and an Arctic Freezer Pro 420 AIO fan. Furthermore, I, by myself, reset the settings accidentally after an update. Besides, I asked them if they could redo the overclock. They said I would have to pay the whole $212 again, so I got my phone and googled how to overclock my exact build and even added the NZXT RGB Air H₉ flow case to the specs. When I asked how to overclock, they gave me the exact steps. And I just kept hitting AI mode to dive deeper while asking questions about the settings I was trying to set, and also if you do ask as well how to get your PC to get you a 41000+ score on Cinebench. It will give you the exact steps as long as you put in the best exact specs after following Google instructions to the T. I even told Google that he or she was confusing me, and they further broke it down so I could completely understand. After I finished following Google's steps, I ran a bunch of tests on my PC, and now it's running at a 1.1.1 interval. I have a 41000+ score on Cinebench, and only 1.5% of people even score this score. Google told me that after reviewing my build, and before he got me a 2800 score on Cinebench, which means only half my cores were on and the other 8 were not, I needed all my cores because I use FL Studio and OBS while monitoring my stream. The fact that they left me with an aggressive overclock. And couldn't tell themselves that it was aggressive and so unprofessional because I know nothing about PCs but managed to get a better score than someone who knows everything. Money was wasted not once but twice in the same week, and both of them refuse to give me a refund of my money, and I clearly have the proof, and I know they do as well with that Rust recording mess they used to set up my aggressive overclock. All in all, great service; they just need to further their technical expertise and do more thorough research on people's specs so they're not just going off something they've never done before because everyone has entirely different setups, different wifi speeds, and different specs. Not one setting or a few saved settings in your files will work for everybody. I did a 1000% more effective job at this than they did, and I'm here to let you know what you can do too. Just make sure you back up your OC for safety and hassle the person doing your overclock. Google your exact build with the AIO and the case brand and a Cinebench score you would like to reach, and apply the settings. Then google how to use MSI Afterburner to set up your GPU so you don't have an aggressive overclock. Run many tests like 3DMark, Heaven, HWinfo, TestMem, and more. Make sure you Google how to use HWinfo so you can see how fast it takes for your PC to hit 95°C and if your AIO is mounted properly so it can get the proper cooling so you're not running hot on the test. It means your CPU needs cooling paste better applied, or you missed some spots when applying it and the whole CPU isn't cooling. Just clean your CPU of any old paste, add the new one, and make sure it's screwed in and tightened evenly on both sides when placing your CPU back in. Both sides have to be tightened with the same pressure as the other, so take your timer. This is a critical step because the test won't run right if it's not. Have fun and go be the best gamer you can be. I'm working on getting a score of 43000+ right now in Cinebench. I just had to swing by and give you guys some tea.
