I'm assuming there are only a few people working for this company, because they have no customer service department. There's no email service, no phone service, no social media service that I can see. They have an option to test out their product, but there no instructions available on set up or logging in, and the credential you receive don't log you in to the platform. There is a message to contact your admin if you can't log in, but of course they don't have a process for contacting the admin because there's no customer service department. I would spend your money on a company that provides a service that both works and is supported.
