The product took an excessively long time to arrive. Upon investigating the specific ingredients (which were not disclosed at the time of purchase), I found several that I cannot take. Therefore, I initiated a return/refund request. I received an email offering me 50% of my order while suggesting I keep the rest, but they claimed they couldn't process returns due to an address issue. Clearly a fraud.
