Having read so many wonderful, glowing reviews about this oil and its properties I ordered three. Fast express from Australia but sadly my package is being held by Dutch customs and I can’t do anything about it. Reached out to the courier DHL and then to the supplier but no joy. I am so disappointed and wonder why? Anyone else had problems here in The Netherlands. On the courier info it says my packing being withheld because of customer information. DHL say contact the supplier. The supplier says contact the courier and I am stuck in the middle having probably lost about €111 in the process. So sick of courier problems and strange that DHL say the tracing number is not in their system. It’s disappointing to read how quickly other people received their orders. What next? 🥲
