First thing is the background of riverside.fm won't let you use it unless your computer has certain specs... but it will work for a little bit like in the middle of a stream and then switch back to no background. Then the customer service is absolutely atrocious, as in almost non-existent. 3rd, after following the instructions to cancel my account I get charged like a week later... and then after canceling it again for the 2nd time.. I just got an email from them saying they tried to run my card again. Unbelievably bad experience!DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY..
