I used Riverside over a year ago and had a paid subscription. I had a consistent issue where every time I would download audio locally, it would include sound artifacts that were not in the original recording. Between that and other issues I had with the site not working consistently, I cancelled my subscription. They still billed me anyways last year, so I had to go back and forth with customer support for several weeks to finally get my account cancelled and a refund. Yesterday, A YEAR after I cancelled, they started harassing me via email saying I have a subscription and demanding payment. Even after forwarding all of the emails I have saved from last year, they are still giving me issues. This is a common issue that many people have complained about. It is amazing to me how awful their customer service is. I do not recommend them at all.
