The low rating doesn’t do it justice

The low rating doesn’t do it justice, just how bad this company is. Our housing officer must be living on a different planet. 6 months of a broken communal bin and still no replacement. I ring up riverside they tell me to ring the council. I remind them we pay them service charge - their rebuttal - “it’s not our jurisdiction” After ringing the council and emailing several council emails, I find the correct email address which riverside need to contact to make an order for a new bin. Several hours of work which is what my service charge should be paying for! For the past week I’ve been trying to get someone from riverside to contact my housing officer to email for a replacement bin. Bearing in mind I have done all the work for them. It’s impossible to contact anyone from this company. Their call centre is run with the worst possible policy, where the people who answer the phones are instructed not to take down any information or to try and solve an issue. The best thing they could offer was a call back from my housing officer. I would do anything to remove myself from this putrid company, even though I love my flat, I think I will sell it to avoid ever having to deal with these crooks again.
