Terribly run company who don't care about their tenants and see you just as a number.Same problem with the house for 7 years: problems with water drainage from the shower and a noisy boiler,which from time to time does not hold the pressure, that only needs to be replaced.Even though I pay for garden maintenance every week, no one has been there for ages. The grass is only cut in front of the house. The garden is so overgrown with weeds that it is difficult to even go in there. Other neighbors do not have this problem.The standard is to make appointments and not show up for them. This year alone I was to have two such appointments. One was to inspect the electrical system in the house, and the other was to inspect the house (doors, windows, kitchen cabinets, bathroom) so that Riverside could decide whether there were any items that needed to be replaced or not.
