I reported 5 weeks ago that we have damp/mould growing on our bedroom ceiling and a 4 month old baby sleeping in this room (that now has a cold due to the situation) and am still waiting for someone to call me back to resolve the issue! I logged a complaint with riverside on 27/11/24 which I understand their policy is a complaints handler will call me back within 5 working days being today the 5th day, to then ring up and be told it has not even yet been passed to a complaint's handler! This is absolutely SHOCKING!! I am today taking my complaint to the ombudsman and contacting a newspaper with my story about my baby and the way this company has treat me! DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM RIVERSIDE SHARED OWNERSHIP! I have contacted Paul Dolan the CEO of Riverside in hope this will get me somewhere.
