Since taking over One Housing in London communications and repairs have become minimal. They fail to provide compensation or to fix anything (our communal lift was out of order nearly 6 months despite half the tenants being over 70) and their complaints procedure is a shambles - I am still waiting for agreed compensation 8 months after the event. Their compliance complaints department rarely answer emails and they rely entirely on tenants going to the housing ombudsman’s which is paid for by landlords so is not impartial. Every year the rent goes up but the service goes down. Riverside should never, ever have been permitted to take over a London based housing association when they have zero interest in their tenants and providing a service.
