Please avoid this agency at all costs!! I would rate them -5 stars, if I could. Most unprofessional and incompetent team!!We applied for my parents UK tourist visa and it was an absolute nightmare! Please do take the time to read our experience to avoid you and your family being in our shoes!We met up with this man named Ashit Christian initially in January and explained to him our situation and that their previous visa were rejected. He assured us that he will be able to reapply and that we could start the application process by the end of February. I returned to the UK with the impression Ashit would assist my parents, at the end of February I contacted him via email requesting to start the visa application process and requested a list of all the documents he will require from us and my parents. He ignored my emails and my parents phone calls and messages. We called the office multiple times requesting for him to call us back, however didn’t hear from him once, the common answer received was that he is busy and will call you back, however that never happened. After a good 2.5 weeks of chasing for a general call back we decided to speak to a manager.We spoke to a lady named Laxmi who spoke to us saying she was a manager who took up our case.(Please note, her signature stated she was a general consultant and not a manager) anyways, we finally received an email from her requesting for a list of documents from us, which we provided within 2-3 days. Ironically, she went MIA as well until the end of March stopped answering any calls or emails. After a complaint email sent by myself, she emailed back not addressing our concerns but just that she would have a look at our documents.A constant delay in getting back to us even after us explaining to them our situation and how we were working towards a timeframe for my parents to visit us due to us buying our first house in the UK and that we would like them to be there for our housewarming etc. the team at Riya Ahmedabad showed no signs of urgency or commitment towards our application. In April they filled in an application for me to check over which was filled in with multiple errors. Straight forward information like our home address was inputted incorrectly! Which clearly showed the application was filled in a rush. I personally picked out all the errors and submitted a whole page of corrections and explanations to be amended! Felt like I was doing her job for her. Please note at this stage she hasn’t even addressed the points mentioned in the rejection letters, after promoting her and sending her an email addressing the points myself she put together a justification letter.I could really put in every detail on this review, however it would take multiple pages up to explain our appalling experience with Riya travels Ahmedabad!The cherry on top after all that back and forth and months of chasing we finally managed to submit the application and after 2 weeks we received an outcome ((THE VISA WAS REJECTED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!)))And guess what, the team didn’t have to decency to even address the situation nor bothered to answer our call as we wanted to inform them but they have gone ghost on us again as usual!!!((((PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!
