This is my 3rd trip with Riya Travels. The air tickets were booked in January for April travel plans. Our Manager's irresponsibility left half of our family stranded at the origin airport as airlines had cancelled the flight resulting in multiple pick up at the destination which was very unexpected for us. Inspite of the error caused by the agency we a group of females and kids were harrased by the Manager Babu Varghese for money which could have been handled on our return. His irresponsibility caused us mental trauma .Also to add on the itinerary was created with lesser sightseeing and ample time spent in the hotels. What a waste of time and money spent. As I had mentioned earlier it's my 3rd trip with Riya Travels, the second went very well .The first too had such irresponsible handling where in ticket had to be re booked personally few hours before the trip commenced. All with the same Manager. Thanks to his lack of accountability we have ended our relationship with Riya Holidays.
