Very disappointing experience with Riya Travels. As B2B agents, we are the ones generating bookings and business for the company, yet agents are treated with complete disrespect and unprofessional behavior.
Portal access can be blocked without any prior notice, and agents are forced to run behind the company for their own money or credits lying in the portal. Such practices create unnecessary financial pressure and operational issues for agents working honestly in the travel industry.
This kind of unfair trade practice is unacceptable. I would advise fellow travel agents to be cautious while working with this portal. There are many other travel platforms in the market that operate ethically and respect their agent partners.
