I was discriminated against by the so called compliance team. (I am British, was called Zambian and queried for sending money to Nigeria, being a Zambian). My transaction has been held unduly for hours and as I write is still yet unpaid. And there was this uncultured and rude CSA called Abraham, who was very derogatory and condescending. Stay away from this organisation if you are sending money. They are racist and very rude. If you are to pay for anything urgent, please use another money transfer agent irrespective of the offer. They would frustrate you.
