The item I purchased is beautiful however the delivery is very frustrating for anyone that lives in an apartment. You cannot schedule a delivery day or date and have to wait for a delivery confirmation text from the delivery company and you are only given 48hrs notice which is very unsuitable if you work full time. I had to have the item sent back once and then rescheduled multiple times. I was communicating with customer service but the delivery company didn’t seem to be getting that communication. I paid for white glove delivery and the drivers literally lifted the item from the box and took the rubbish. I put the item in place myself but there should be a cheaper delivery for rubbish removal only.
