AVOID. Bought a $999 Cross Shelving Unit from RJ Living. It rusted badly within a year despite following care guidelines. Their slow and unsatisfactory response initially offered only a $100 partial refund. Months later and after countless emails, they increased this to $180. An insult. They claim that they design “high quality” high-end furniture, but it’s worse quality than IKEA. I don’t know what’s worse - their products or their customer service. Avoid RJ Living and save yourselves a lot of hassle. I’ll never shop here again.
