I ordered a bed on 29th Feb. Paid in full $1744. 10th July, still no bed. No communication until I added a poor review online.Then they contacted me to offer a $150 refund by way of apology, and made promises on the delivery date. They offered $190 if I ordered something else. Silly me placed an order for a side table. $137 more out of pocket. Was assured it would be with me in 10 days. 14 days later, no bed, no side-table. I'd updated my review to positive as asked, so added an edit as things had not changed and now even more out of pocket. Today I found out the side-table made it to Perth but was requested return to them. presumably because I would not remove the negative review until I had the goods I ordered. Never again.
