Absolutely wished I would have read the reviews on this agency before applying, communication is absolutely appalling, called before Christmas to register with this company and applied directly with the company and then again on indeed several calls to ‘Francis’ only to be ignored for any updates simplest of things working in a customer service role is ‘COMMUNICATION’ …… let’s see if we get a response
