I am writing this review due to a very disappointing experience with this company. I worked for them last year at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, but to this day I have still not been paid for the shift I completed. I have repeatedly sent invoices and followed up about the payment, most recently just last week. Each time, I am asked to resend documents or told they are short-staffed, but the issue remains unresolved. Overall, this has been a very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
