A month into the program. I am not sure it is a good fit for busy professionals. I don’t think I understood how much time commitment there is for food and exercise and steps. There is concrete guidance for : what to eat, how much exercise to do and how many steps and water. For people that kind of have been eating reasonably well and somewhat know the importance of exercise, I am still struggling to understand how this program adds any value. There isn’t much guidance on what to do when you can’t stick to the plan. One tip is, drink your protein shake so you are full before you go out to a party. What do you do if you had the protein shake, you are not hungry but still struggle to not eat? What then? If you are extremely busy and are super tired and can’t get your self to do the exercise or just lack the motivation, what do you do? Like I said For people that don’t know what to do, or really thrive with the ability to input into the app and are self motivated, this program will likely work. But if you are someone that struggle to do all that you need to and can’t seem to make a change this isn’t a good fit. Thus far, I haven’t lost any weight but also have not gained.
