I am a seller and my attempts to withdraw my balance has been pending for 3 months now, the website customer support used to respond at first and now they are literally ghosting me and not responding what so ever. I sold my limiteds for what now? I have tried emailing them, messaging their discord server, looking for their number (they don’t have one). Everything and nothing works. Additionally messaging the website support almost daily and getting no response.
I've completed a sale and earned a large chunk of money. It was purchased via crypto, so I got BTC. I tried withdrawing my funds and the site kept spitting me an error saying I'm trying to withdraw more funds than I had. This lead me to try and contact support...What a nightmare. There is no staff in their Discord, their site live support chat logs on and doesn't reply to tickets leaving us on read. I asked a moderator on their Discord for help and he said he'd forward my issue to the staff... I've heard nothing back now from the moderator or the staff.What was once a good, reliable site is just a shell of what it used to be. You may be able to keep purchasing and selling here, but the moment you run into a problem you WILL NOT get support.I feel scammed, which is super sad to say about ro.place considering I've been selling here since 2022.
