The purpose of our trip was to see Utah National Parks - Zion, Bryce, Arches and initially Canyonlands, but due to weather we pivoted to Capital Reef. The RV itself was in excellent shape - this was not a run down situation - it was truly reflective of the pictures we saw online. We got the 31 foot Class C, and it was surprisingly maneuverable. It takes about 30 minutes before you get the hang of it, but absolutely doable. The fuel economy overall for a giant RV was fine. Fridge and freezer were excellent. The bump out worked great. Emptying the black and grey tanks were very simple - make sure to close the valves all the way before you take off though, tightly. The only thing that was somewhat less than perfect was the space in the rear bedroom, it made it a little difficult to change. Bathroom was acceptable as well.Road Bear's service was truly second to none. The shuttle picked us up from the airport and when we dropped the RV off on our return, it took approximately 15 total minutes from handing keys to being done. Since they weren't able to drop us off at our hotel in the shuttle, the called us an uber.My biggest recommendation is to do the pre-check in as early as possible. Once we arrived for our pickup, we waited approximately 30 minutes (which was short) until our name was called to pick up our rental. I signed some additional paperwork, they handed me the keys, and walked me to the vehicle. The attendant showed me around in a few minutes, confirmed I watched the pre-check in movie and sent us on our way within 45 minutes of arriving, waiting, etc. Again - I would absolutely recommend Road Bear, this was an excellent experience.
