I’m sure this is a good company to work with if you are a dealer. As far as being a consumer absolutely terrible. If you make the payment the day after it’s due they are calling you asking for the payment. Like really what if someone was busy. You expect everyone to pay you the day of and use auto pay but getting good customer service is like pulling teeth. I also really hope your not expecting to improve your credit with this company because since January they have had every excuse as to why they aren’t reporting to the credit agencies. I love my can am but it’s not worth dealing with them.
