I purchased a 2014 Can-Am Spyder RS-S…

I purchased a 2014 Can-Am Spyder RS-S on September 27, 2019, from a used motorcycle dealership that Road Runner Financial financed my purchase. I did not receive my tag/title within the 45 days as required by the State of GA Pena Code 40-3-33. I contacted Road Runner from November 30, 2019, to January 21, 2020, concerning this issue. I am aware that they do not handle tag/title the dealership does but I would think that a company who financing a vehicle would be more concerned why they have not received the necessary paperwork within the 45 Days Unconditional Guarantee of Title (page 14) of my contract. I contacted Dedra (title department) constant lies about returning calls or she was working on the issue. She even went as far as to tell me it was a holiday is a reason she did not return my call (Martin Luther King Day January 20, 2020). Why employ lazy and lying employees such as Dedra who say one thing only to not show any action until I made the comment that I will seek legal representation to handle this situation?ReplyI did receive a call from Debbie Affinito (January 31, 2020) in which she tried to up play the situation. First, she stated they have a company that goes after dealership concerning titles and then she stated Dedra have hundreds of title that she has to retrieve from dealerships with each day. I stated about the 45-day unconditional guarantee clause that is in my contract her response was that it has nothing to do with me only between the Road Runner and the dealership Rock City Cycles. Ok, why have a customer sign a contract when all parties are not going to be responsible for their part. Not to mention my contract states that no Law of Georgia nor federal will be violated. According to the dates I have both state law and federal law was violated. I understand this is a fairly new company but rules apply to all parties of this contract. You would think a finance company would be concerned why they have not received proper paperwork from a dealership for a motorcycle that was purchased on September 27, 2019. Like it stated it was submitted on January 22, 2020.
