I purchased a pair of motorcycle trousers in November after seeing them at Motorcycle Live. They were really comfortable and a lovely fit. Unfortunately, after one wear, some of the stitching was coming away from the material. I contacted Roadskin, and they were very quick to arrange a pre-paid label so I could have them repaired. Upon the return of my trousers, the armour was missing. Initially, my emails went unanswered (leading to me leaving a lower review), but following a phone call with Mark, I can completely understand that there were some issues outside of their control causing this to be the case. Mark was brilliant in resolving the situation, and I’m happy to be able to recommend Roadskin to others!
