This is what I emailed to "customer service-HA!" after MANY other similar emails...I wish I had seen Trustpilot BEFORE entering the lion's den...As I have said in previous emails, (too many to count), all I am asking for is to refund my $297 to your Digistore. I authorized the $67 to investigate the company, but was confused upon entering the website. I am 70 years old and living on SSI and cannot afford the loss of $297 in my life right now...PLEASE! I am begging y'all to return this money and KEEP the $67. My first notification was within 24 hours of y'all charging my CC that I did NOT authorize.Please do not keep this money from an old man...Sincerely,Rick Lambert"
