I signed up for Spyhero and then after around a month of using it decided it wasn't right for me. I contacted their support trying to cancel my subscription as they don't have a way to manually unsubscribe via the software, but they charged me again two times. After finally hearing back from their support, they said they were unable to refund my payments as they have a no-refund policy. Clearly, they do NOT care if the tool brings you no value, they're just maximizing auto-bills and making it a total HASSLE to cancel your subscription. An unethical company led by Robby B. that I cannot recommend, unfortunately.
