I started the course full blast and produced everything on time. Unfortunately, the training was a bit of work as the girl who presented it could only speak "up-talk" which was very irritating to try to understand; necessitating playing it over and over. She knew her stuff but made mistakes that were not easily resolved. Apparently, nobody took the time to edit the training videos. Support often stated they didn't know the answer to my questions as well. Really? There was a lot of upsell from Robby. He constantly pushed for 1-1 coaching and his SpyHero software during the weekly trainings. They pretty demanded that you give SpyHero their 30 day free trial which was "cancellable anytime". Unfortunately, that was a LIE. I cancelled the software within two weeks and asked for confirmation. They sent me an email but didn't cancel the software. Ten days later, they took the $147 from my account yet when I presented the cancellation email I sent them, they said that they do not provide refunds. I challenged them on this and they basically said that it was their policy (even those I clearly showed proof of cancellation). I am sorry I bought into this shady company. With the mass of poor reviews seen here, I don't know how they stay in business.
