The Robes are great, its hard to find a cotton/terry robe for littles,esp. one that can be personalized! The quality is Good, not excellent, could be thicker! The custom Embroidery is absolutely beautiful, I was very happy with the Cost of the robes, the selection and color choices Robematt had to offer!The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, Customer Service and Navigating their Website were both bad and very frustrating. The website was freezing up constantly when I was putting in info for personalization of 3 Robes, I tried sending a message and calling customer service, after being on hold for aprx an hour... i left a voicemail for them to return my call, 2-3 hours later I tried for the 5 th time to place the order, and was finally able to do so!One last thing the sizing chart.... it would be VERY helpful when they list sizes if they could add what a childs size S, M,L, and XL are equivalent to, For Ex: Size S=5-6 Size M= 7-8 etc.etc.They give you ins. To measure arm, torso length etc... but my gd daughters do not live near me, and i Wanted to suprise the parents as well with these gifts! I spent over $40 a robe with the prrsonalization and was told once personalized they cant be returned, so it would be very helpful to have a number size next to the letter for size! All that being said, I would buy again! Delivery was quick , less then 10 days from the time I placed the order, and they were oackaged well! I cant wait for Christmas to give these to my 3 stooges. Lol
