I used Robert Crossley for conveyancing 9 years ago. I am now in the process of selling again and found that they didnt do the job right! Documents which should have been checked and provided weren't, there were errors in my title deeds which Robert Crossley didnt notice and as as result I have had to take out numerous indemnity policies. My current solicitor tried contacting Robert Crossley several times to see if they had any records to help, but received no response to emails and calls were not returned. What credible csolicitor ignores another?!Clearly corners were cut and mistakes were made, but my solicitor advised me that Robert Crossley made so many errors and people need to know about their shoddy service.
