I ordered a gift card for £20 using cash star, but I waited hours and hours and still no gift card. I then emailed them for a refund and no reply. It took over 4 days for them to even reply and then I got a refund 1 week later! I don’t even know why they stopped the order! I left 2 stars as I did get money back but I will never be buying from them again! Please don’t buy from them unless you want a hassle to try get your money back!
