I bought a $20 gift card from the service. Right away, I received an email stating there was a security problem, and they couldn’t provide the gift card information. They promised to refund my money within 1-3 business days, but that never happened! I feel like I was scammed out of $20 that I won't recover. I reached out to their support team for help, but they claimed there was nothing they could do and couldn’t share any personal information regarding the matter.
