Unfortunately, I still haven't received a response regarding the deposits accepted after I requested account closure for responsible gambling reasons. To summarize the situation: I requested closure due to gambling issues, they acknowledged it, but additional deposits were accepted afterward (around $5,300). I've reached out directly twice without any acknowledgment or explanation. My aim has been to resolve this directly with the company, but the lack of communication makes it hard to trust their commitment to responsible gambling.
