Hi, I can tell that I had great experience with RoboCleaners. Went to buy S8 MaxV Utra R&D before year and half. All went well, shipping from one side of Europe to another. Now I had Lidar error within warranty. Contacted RoboCleaners support. Repaired within 2weeks Lidar replaced, robot working again.
