I previously owned an iRobot and, although it had fewer features than this model, it was significantly more robust. Unfortunately, several issues with my current Mova vacuum cleaner have started to undermine my confidence in the product:It is very sensitive to hard water. I need to use distilled water; otherwise, the nozzle becomes clogged.It repeatedly refuses to go over thresholds, stopping and reporting that it is in an area it cannot exit.If there is a coin or even a small piece of paper on the floor, the vacuum opening immediately clogs, yet no warning is provided.The washing performance is poor, to put it mildly. I always run it on maximum settings and use separate cycles (vacuuming first, then mopping).While I am still learning the application, configuring anything outside the provided wizards is not intuitive.As a result, I am seriously considering switching to another vacuum cleaner, as this one has not fully met my expectations. Before making that decision, I wanted to ask whether there are any options to return this unit and replace it with another model — for example, the Saros 10 R. I would be very interested in exploring a solution along those lines.
