This place is a scam. They sold me a defective battery and then accused me of tampering to deny a replacement. When I argued that making a minor modification doesn’t count as tampering, they stopped responding to my emails. As an experienced engineer, I find these accusations unfounded and an excuse to evade responsibility. Their response time was frustratingly slow, making the experience even worse. I recommend avoiding them.
