I placed an order on October 6, 2024. It took them 11 days to dispatch, and I did not receive my complete order. They lack a contact number, and their email support is slow and unresponsive. The online chat option is also ineffective, with long wait times for replies. My experience has been very disappointing, and I have no idea if I'll receive the rest of my order.
