I've never ordered from this company before but I have been very pleased with my recent order . The site is easy to navigate & payment is simple & quick. Delivery time was excellent & free delivery a bonus . Freckles the dog is incredible, Mom has dementia & very much misses her own dog but she's definitely in love ! Everyone who's met Freckles is amazed & in no time are chatting to him as if he's real . I may never have a real dog again !!
