I purchased the Princess - Ragdoll Interactive Robotic Companion Pet in June 24, it no longer charges so it’s now just an expensive stuffed toy, I contacted the seller to help solve the problem as yet had no response The response was very quick for some reason I missed the first email, apologies!I was asked to return the princess cat for inspection, as it turns out I was unknowingly using the incorrect cable which has done some damage, Deborah has been extremely helpful and has offered to replace it for me which is incredibly generous under the circumstances. I can highly recommend this company for their first class customer service.
